These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and win4u ("win4u", "we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"), governing your access to and use of the win4u website located at https://win4u.cam and all associated services, products, features, and content offered thereon (collectively, "the Service").

win4u is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and related gambling services. The Platform operates as an online gaming service accessible to eligible players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions.

By accessing the win4u website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

win4u reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on record. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register for and use a win4u account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. win4u strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on the platform. This requirement applies to all game types, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and lottery products.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register for a Player account.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of win4u, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms or subject to any other exclusion order that would prevent you from legally participating in gambling activities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and at all times maintain the accuracy of that information.

win4u reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the prescribed timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on win4u. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held across all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another person's account to access the Service.

You agree to notify win4u immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any loss or theft of your login credentials, or any other security breach relating to your account. win4u will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

• All account activity conducted through your credentials is your sole responsibility.
• win4u employs 256-bit SSL encryption and supports two-factor authentication to protect account access.
• Accounts must be verified through our KYC process before withdrawals can be processed.
• win4u may suspend or close accounts pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.

win4u accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are applied. The Platform supports the following Malaysian payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX.

Minimum and Maximum Deposits: The minimum deposit per transaction is RM30. The maximum single transaction deposit is RM30,000. Daily deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and the Player's account verification status.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once approved, withdrawals via DuitNow and e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. FPX and bank transfer withdrawals may take between 30 minutes and 2 business hours.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, to the extent technically possible.
• win4u reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds.
• Any funds associated with suspected fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation.
• Deposits made using bonuses or promotional credits are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.

win4u offers various promotions and bonuses to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these General Terms.

Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of between 20x and 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus play become eligible for withdrawal. The exact wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate balances. Real-money funds are used first unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds expire after 30 days from the date of crediting if wagering requirements have not been met.
• win4u reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already credited remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may lead to account suspension.
• Minimum odds and game contribution rates apply and are specified in individual promotion terms.

All games and betting activities offered on win4u are subject to specific product rules, which are published within the relevant game or betting interface. In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and the applicable product rules, the product rules shall prevail in respect of the specific game or bet concerned.

Accepted Bets: A bet is accepted and binding when win4u's system has confirmed receipt and allocated a unique transaction reference. win4u reserves the right to void bets placed in error, on incorrectly priced markets, or in circumstances where technical errors have occurred.

• Sports bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC).
• In-play bets are subject to network latency and may be refused if market conditions change significantly at the time of placement.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to win; a single void selection will result in the parlay being recalculated without that selection.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software and cannot be influenced by the Platform or any third party.
• Maximum payout limits per single bet or game session may apply and are specified per product.
• win4u reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual Player at its sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the win4u platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent stage, including false identity documents.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or obscure the proceeds of illegal activity. win4u complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening or operating more than one account for the purpose of gaining unfair access to bonuses, promotions, or limits.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotions through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players in live games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Hacking or System Interference: Attempting to access, modify, reverse-engineer, or disrupt any part of the win4u system, software, or infrastructure.
• Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent or illegitimate chargeback requests with your bank or payment provider in relation to win4u deposits.

win4u collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering for a win4u account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected by win4u includes, but is not limited to, your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, payment method details, and records of all transactions and gaming activity. This data is used to operate your account, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and — with your consent — to communicate relevant promotional offers.

win4u will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated service providers (payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud detection services) on a strictly need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win4u's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Service, or any individual transaction shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

win4u shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any nature.
• Losses arising from network interruptions, platform maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any tax or duty liability arising in your jurisdiction as a result of winnings received from the Platform.

win4u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• A Player's request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling Policy.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than fraud or a material breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within 10 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.

A Player may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting win4u's customer support team. Account closure requests related to responsible gambling concerns will be treated with the utmost priority under our Responsible Gambling Policy.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which win4u is incorporated and licensed to operate.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and win4u, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days shall be referred to binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body.

Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved satisfactorily may escalate the matter through any formal dispute resolution mechanism available under applicable law. win4u will cooperate fully with any such process.

win4u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to fee structures, withdrawal conditions, eligibility requirements, or Player rights — win4u will provide advance notice of at least fourteen (14) calendar days via email to the address registered on the affected account.

Non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications, or changes required to comply with applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication of the revised Terms on the win4u website. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Service and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
